My metalwork springs from a background in drawing and painting, and a fascination with line, texture and color. I am inspired by the organic and structural aspects of nature, from the simplicity of a curving vine to the complexities of the spiky hull of a sweet gum pod. As a result, my work is an expression of organic shapes and textural richness.
